A- E-mail your Photo, Full Resolution JPG Camera File.

Q- Can I send Slides or Film Negatives?

A- Yes, by regular mail but the quality may not be the same as Digital.

Q- Do you crop my Photo?

A- Possible Minor Cropping to fit the closest standard mat opening or No Cropping if you so state.

Q- What size will my Print be?

A- See Price List and choose a Mat Size : Your Photo Ink Art will be done to the opening size that fits that Mat size best, unless you request “no cropping” , no crop may require a custom Mat.

Q- Do you Adjust Color Balance, Light Balance or Sharpen my File?

A- Minor corrections if necessary, unless you state “No Adjustments”.

Q- How is my PhotoInkArt printed?

A- Fine Art Giclée [“zhee-clay”] process using Epson 8 Color Pigmented Archival Ink on Epson 100% Cotton Rag Fine Art Paper.

Q- What about Mat and Backing?

A- If you select Matting your Art will be mounted with Mat, Foam Core Board, and encased in a Glassine Envelope.

Q- What size frame will I need?

A- The same as the outside mat size.

Q- When will I get my Art Work ?

A- Within 1-2 weeks.

Q- Do you keep my File[s]?

A- Only if you request this free service.

Q- Do you have any restricted subjects?

A- Sorry, I do not do Animals or People Portraits’.
